HUNGRY MINDS and Equal.Brussels shed light on psychological violence within the couple

In 2019, we’d like to believe that control, domination, humiliation, intimidation,… within the couple are exceptions.

Yet, in the Brussels region, one in two women is victim of this type of violence by her partner. This has to stop.

On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women of November 25, Equal.Brussels, in partnership with the Secretary of State for Equal Opportunities Nawal Ben Hamou, called upon HUNGRY MINDS to carry out an awareness campaign for the authors.

The concept? To make men aware that the exercise of psychological violence on their partner extinguishes them slowly. By shedding light on this violence, the campaign allows authors to become aware of the seriousness of their actions and to inform them that solutions exist.

The campaign is available in video on social networks as well as on billboards (in and on the STIB public transport).
